Resort Plaza Condominiums offer a convenient Park City ski-in, ski-out lodging, located at the base of the new Park City Mountain Resort. These condominiums are located just one-half mile (.804 kilometers) from Main Street. Resort Plaza is comprised of three buildings, the Silver Millhouse East and West and the Marsac Mill Manor building. Resort Plaza condominiums offer complimentary wireless access, elevator, underground parking, off site swimming pool, hot tub and fitness facility. Condominiums at the Resort Plaza range in size from spacious One Bedroom to Three Bedroom vacation rentals. The surrounding plaza area offers a variety of shops and restaurants. Park City’s free city-wide bus service is easily accessible from the Resort Plaza Condominiums.

Resort Plaza Check In
All Resort Plaza guests will check in via our "Direct to Condo" check-in process. Guests will complete a pre-registration form prior to arrival. The front door electronic code and other check-in information will be sent to the guest prior to arrival once the pre-registration form has been received by CooperWynn Property Management Guest Services. Housekeeping (Nightly rentals and monthly rentals): Your rental does not include housekeeping services during your stay. Our housekeeping staff will provide additional towels, soaps, shampoo in the bathroom vanities. Housekeeping services are available for purchase. Please contact our Reservations office at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date at 800-245-6417 x 2 for pricing and to reserve a housekeeping service.

We just spent a week in Resorts Plaza 5052. Condo was fantastic with a wide range of amenities all in great working order. Extremely convenient to the slopes, the resort base and public transportation. Would definitely rent again and would recommend to anyone. In addition Tracee and Sandra from Cooper Wynn properties were awesome in helping us with arrangements and answering any and all questions. Definitely made for a truly amazing experience.

This was a great location. We were right next to the mountain and the zip lines, alpine slide and alpine coaster. The unit was very nice and clean and worked great for our family.

Condo was in a great spot if you are skiing at Park City Mountain Resort. Ski School for the kids was a very short walk and Payday lift was right there as well. Living area and bedroom are spacious with plenty of room for everyone. We would book this place again. Only note was the washer and dryer are small which is expected in these condos and water temp in the showers tended to vary as others used other faucets.

The location is great. Just steps to the slopes and plenty of rental options. The property consists of several different buildings, so parking and the pool were in different buildings with different codes, which was a little confusing at first. Once we learned our way around, things got easier. The condo itself was spacious and exactly as pictured. Cute little cubbies to store skis and equipment, upgraded bathrooms, and nice open kitchen and living room area. We had a great time!

The Resort Plaza was perfect. We took our young children skiing for the first time, and this location was so easy to get the kids to ski school. The condo was spacious, clean, and well stocked. We mostly cooked meals, but the restaurants in town are quite accessible by bus or a 15 minute walk. We will stay here next time for sure!

We had the best 5 night experience in Park City. Transportation from the airport was pre-arranged, grocery pick-up on the way to the resort was encouraged, communication with the rental agency was easy and succinct. Very likely we will ski Park City/Canyons again thanks to this first, wonderful experience.

What a great location! Best access to lifts without walking up lots of stairs. The condo had lots of room and the staff was genuinely nice and helpful. This unit will be our new standard at Park City.
