Located in the Marsac Mill Manor building, this charming condo puts you right in the heart of the action—above a ski shop and next door to The Corner Store, a favorite local spot for breakfast, lunch, and lively après-ski gatherings with music. You’re also just a short 14-minute walk from Park City’s historic Main Street and Town Lift, or simply hop on the free city bus steps away to explore Deer Valley, Canyons Village, Kimball Junction, and more. A car isn’t necessary and the underground heated parking garage is included for your convenience.
Inside, you'll find a warm, mountain-inspired living space with custom Alder cabinetry, granite countertops, and newer appliances in the full kitchen. The open floorplan includes a dining table for four and a kitchen island that seats three. Parking clearance is limited to 6 feet 10 inches. Unfortunately, oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated, and alternate parking is not available through CooperWynn Property Management.
The doors are labeled with both 5002 and 5003, but they are part of the same unit—Resort Plaza 5002.
