Available for nightly and weekly stays during the winter season and nightly and monthly stays in spring, summer, and fall, this 1,200-square-foot condo is as versatile as it is well-located.
What sets Resort Plaza 5000 apart from other slope-side units is not just its location — it's the details. The primary bathroom features a steam sauna, a genuinely rare amenity at this price point that transforms an après-ski evening into something truly comforting. Add a wine and beverage refrigerator, in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning for warm-weather stays, and a gas fireplace in the living room, and you have a condo that delivers well beyond the basics.

The primary bedroom features a king bed plus a twin, and the second bedroom offers two twin-over-full bunk beds — a layout that comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests and works exceptionally well for families and larger groups. Complimentary Wi-Fi is included throughout your stay.
Just outside the building, the ski school, gear shops, cozy fire pits, and a lively collection of base-area restaurants and shops are all within a short distance — placing guests in the middle of the resort-village energy that makes Park City Mountain Resort so appealing in every season. Park City's free year-round bus stops nearby, connecting guests to Deer Valley, Canyons Village, Main Street, and Kimball Junction with ease.
Resort Plaza 5000 guests enjoy off-site access to a year-round pool, hot tub, and fitness center at The Lodge at Mountain Village, within walking distance of the property. Heated underground parking is included in the Lowell Building, with a clearance of 6 feet 9 inches — please note that oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated and alternate parking is not available. Your parking pass will be waiting on the kitchen counter upon arrival. A complimentary luggage storage room is also available nearby.
Please note that construction is underway on the Plaza deck from May 1 through the end of September. Noise and vibration are expected during the first two months of this window, and a safety construction fence will be in place along the fire lane and Lodge at Mountain Village property line.
Resort Plaza 5000 is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Guests check in through our Direct to Condo process; simply complete the pre-registration form prior to arrival to receive your personalized door code. Housekeeping is not included but may be arranged through our Guest Services office for an additional fee, subject to availability, with at least two weeks' advance notice.
