Welcome to Three Kings 83, a beautifully remodeled two-bedroom, two-bath Park City condo rental offering the perfect blend of comfort, location, and alpine charm. This thoughtfully designed 1,318-square-foot retreat sits alongside the scenic cross-country ski trail and is just a short walk from the Three Kings lift at Park City Mountain Resort — placing you in the heart of your next mountain adventure.

Whether you're planning a ski getaway or a quiet seasonal escape, this Park City vacation rental makes a fantastic home base. Located steps from Park City's free year-round bus route and within easy walking distance of local restaurants, shops, and markets, you'll find everything you need just outside your door.

Inside, you'll find a warm and inviting atmosphere with newly remodeled finishes throughout. The main level features a freshly updated kitchen, a cozy living and dining area, and a full bathroom. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms offer peaceful rest after a day on the mountain — one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds — along with a second full bathroom. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Three Kings 83 also includes central air conditioning to keep summer stays cool and complimentary year-round Wi-Fi.

Step outside onto the private deck, where a brand-new grill sets the stage for laid-back outdoor dining and relaxed evenings under the stars. Three Kings 83 guests also enjoy access to a wonderful array of shared community amenities, including a year-round heated outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, changing facilities, and underground parking — a rare amenity set among Park City lodging options.
Three Kings 83 is a non-smoking, pet-free property.

Note: The Three Kings community pool and hot tub will be closed due to repair from June 4, 2026-June 18, 2026 - dates are subject to change.

Guests check in via our "Direct to Condo" process; a pre-registration form must be completed prior to arrival to receive access information. Housekeeping services are not included with your stay but can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability — please contact our Guest Services office at least two weeks before your stay to schedule.

Overall stay was great, location was very convenient to get to PC. The only complaint if I have one is the fact that the wall doesn't extend to the ceiling in the one bedroom and the furnace is surprisingly loud when it kicks on. Took a couple nights to get used to.

Nice condo for the 3 of us. It was stocked beautifully with all nice kitchen utensils and dishes. Very comfortable and clean. Great location close to the market.

Loved our stay at this condo/townhouse. Walking distance to Park City Mountain and close to old downtown. Very clean, beds super comfy, kitchen stocked with all you’ll need, TVs in both bedrooms, has fireplace. Beautiful views out the windows. Heated pool and hot tub were fab! Highly recommended
