The private primary suite is tucked downstairs and features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom — a quiet retreat from the rest of the home. Three Kings 37 is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Guests check in through our convenient Direct to Condo process; simply complete the pre-registration form prior to arrival to receive your personal door code. Housekeeping is not included but may be arranged through our Guest Services office for an additional fee, subject to availability, with at least two weeks' advance notice.

Excellent spot walking distance to the lifts.

This place was perfect for our group. Walked to the slopes in the mornings and only a 5 min drive to go the restaurants in downtown park city. The hot tub is shared with the other units but it wasn’t crowded even on a busy weekend.
