Welcome to Payday 189, a spacious and inviting four-bedroom townhome that’s perfect for your mountain retreat. This comfortable, air-conditioned home is ideal for warm-weather visits and is just steps from scenic hiking and biking trails. Located a mere half mile from the base of Park City Mountain Resort and across from the Silver Star Lift, Payday Condominiums offer a prime location with direct access to the cross-country ski trail and Park City’s free year-round transit system.

This silver-rated unit features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy dining/living area, and all the space your group needs with 1,700 square feet and three full bathrooms. The bedding layout includes two queen bedrooms and two additional bedrooms each with two twin beds—perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the added perks of a flat-screen TV, DVD player, BBQ grill, and new flooring installed in July 2024.

Step outside to your private deck and unwind in the spa after a day of mountain adventures. While there is no access to a community pool or hot tub, your private spa is ready for summer and winter relaxation. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available during winter stays (December through mid-April).

Payday 189 also includes a private washer/dryer for your convenience, and up to two parking passes per reservation are provided (parking pass required). Furry friends are welcome too—monthly rentals (30+ nights) may include one pre-approved dog for an additional fee.

Check-in is seamless with our "Direct to Condo" process. Simply complete your pre-arrival registration form to receive your personal entry code. While daily housekeeping isn’t included, optional housekeeping services can be arranged with advance notice—please contact our Reservations Team at least two weeks prior to arrival for pricing.

CooperWynn was the BEST property management company I have ever dealt with in Park City. They were so helpful in arranging transportation and ski rentals. They also were very responsive when we had an issue with a kitchen item that needed replacing. Totally recommended them. Last year I had booked a VRBO for our ski trip, then owners cancelled it out of the blue 2 weeks before our trip. I learned my lesson and will not use VRBO again. Using a professional property management company like CooperWynn is the way to go to protect your vacation.
