The Park Station #146 (silver) unit features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with balcony, two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The bedding in Park Station 146 offers 1 king bed with a twin sized sleeper in the master bedroom and 2 extra-long twin beds in the second bedroom, there's also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy the community outdoor hot tub as well as an indoor hot tub and dry heat sauna located in Building 2 in the lower level of the building. Park Station #146 offers complimentary wireless/internet access. Other amenities include garage parking (parking pass is required; only 1 vehicle per rental has authorization to park in the garage), air-conditioning for summer rentals, changing facilities, common area hot tub, community laundry room, community grilling area. Guests can park in any available spot that is labelled for Park Station guests. There are additional garage parking spots in the back of the property once you drive through the garage closest to Building 1. This comfortable property is great for families and couples and offers a home away from home in a magnificent mountain setting. ~Available for Winter nightly rentals and Spring/Summer/Fall monthly and nightly rentals. No pets/animals are permitted.
~Park Station guests will check in via our "Direct to Condo" check in process. A pre-registration form is required in advance from the guest in order to disclose the electronic door code/entry code to the rental.
~Housekeeping services are available for purchase, including a mid-week clean, or a trash & tidy. Please contact our Reservations office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to purchase this service.
~Park City's free city-wide bus system is easily accessible from the Park Station Condominiums.
~The Park Station swimming pool is closed due to refurbishing and will open again as of 12/1/2025 (subject to change).
