Park Avenue 333-1662 is a non-smoking, pet-free property. However, the owner may consider a Summer or Fall 30+night rental as allowable with a small dog under 25 lbs. Pre-approval by the Guest Services office is required; a pet fee will apply.
To get you started during winter stays only, a complimentary bundle of firewood will be waiting for you upon arrival for the cozy living room fireplace. Should you wish for more, additional bundles can be purchased at the nearby grocery store.
Guests check in via our "Direct to Condo" process; a pre-registration form must be completed prior to arrival to receive access information. Housekeeping services are not included with your stay but can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability — please contact our Guest Services office at least two weeks before your stay to schedule.
