This thoughtfully designed Park City vacation rental is just steps from Park City’s complimentary city-wide bus system and within easy walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants, boutique shops, and grocery stores, giving you easy access to the best of Park City, no car required.

Inside, the main floor welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area ideal for group meals, and a cozy living room, all complemented by a convenient half bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find two private bedrooms and an open loft-style bedroom. The sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a trundle daybed in the loft—offering flexibility and comfort for families or small groups. The loft and second bedroom share a full bathroom, while the primary bedroom enjoys its own private bath.

This condo also features a private washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and smart layout perfect for entertaining or relaxing after a day of skiing, hiking, or biking. Guests will enjoy easy access to the community’s outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, shower and changing facilities, and on-site laundry room. Covered carport parking is also provided.

Park Avenue #292-1804 is available for nightly and monthly rentals throughout the spring, summer, and fall, and nightly stays during the winter season. The owner may consider one dog for monthly stays of 30 nights or more during the off-season—please contact our Guest Services office for approval and details.

Guests enjoy a seamless arrival experience with our Direct to Condo check-in process. Simply complete the pre-registration form prior to arrival to receive your personalized access code. Housekeeping services are not included but may be scheduled for a fee, with at least two weeks’ advance notice through our Guest Services office.

The condo was very clean with an open concept. The location was perfect. Next to the shuttle, grocery store, drug store, and less than a minute to main street. This condo will make your trip to Park City very convenient. Additionally, the outdoor heated pool & hot tub were nice after a long day on the mountains!

Great stay Park Avenue 292

The property was very close to the Park City Resort. We loved that there was a grocery store right across the street. There was also a walking/biking path right out the back door which was very nice. The condo was very clean and everything worked well. We did not ever figure out how to turn on the a/c (we were there in August) but I believe that was just our fault. I recommend this property to anyone thinking about an extended stay or even a weekend in Park City.

Easy check in/check out process. Nice fireplace and living room. Comfortable beds. Condo was warm. Met all of our needs.
