The Park Station Condominiums offer one of Park City's prime locations, conveniently situated at the base of Main Street where you can experience dining, nightlife and shopping. In addition, Park Station is only a short, 4-minute walk to the Town Lift which provides access to the Park City Resort. Enjoy your winter or summer getaway in the community outdoor pool and hot tub or indoor hot tub with sauna. Other amenities include a parking garage, community grilling area, air-conditioning for the warmer summer months in Park City, easy access to Park City's free city-wide bus system. This comfortable property is great for families and couples and offers a home away home in a magnificent mountain setting.

Pets are not accepted at this location.  Park Station condominium rentals are non-smoking rentals.

Park Station Condominiums Check In: All Park Station Condominiums guests will check in via our "Direct to Condo" check-in process.  Guests will complete a pre-registration form prior to arrival.  The front door electronic code and other check-in information will be sent to the guest prior to arrival once the pre-registration form has been received by CooperWynn Property Management.  Please call Reservations/Guests Services at 800-245-6417 x 2 for more information or email us at [email protected].

Housekeeping (Nightly and Monthly rentals): Your Park Station vacation rental does not include housekeeping services during your stay.  Our housekeeping staff will provide additional towels, soap, shampoo in the bathroom vanities.  Housekeeping services are available for purchase.  Please contact our Park City based reservations office at lease 2 weeks prior to your arrival date at 800-245-6417 x 2 for pricing and to reserve a housekeeping service.

The Park City city-wide free bus system is fully operational through the winter season and is easily accessible from the Park Station Condominiums location.  The bus routes and other information can be found at https://www.parkcity.org/departments/transit-bus/routes-schedules

We really liked the location and walked everywhere we wanted to go! The condo was clean, had a great pool for the kids and was a little updated. Carpet and beds were clean with enough room for everyone to have their own bed. The host responded quickly to my messages. My only complaint is the beds were a little too hard and you can feel the springs in the pull out couch. I would stay here again.

Not only is this condo in a fantastic location with a very short walk to the lift, but it has so much more…. This is a comfortable and well stocked condo (towels, kitchen items and games in abundance, plus a free wood bundle for the fireplace and extra blankets for the beds).

Property was just as advertised and very convenient to downtown Park City - especially with July 4th festivities. Everything within walking distance and immediately adjacent to walking/bike path. Pool was perfect given the hot days. Property was quiet and well maintained and the unit well provisioned. Questions were quickly addressed. Our family was very happy with this property.

My son and I stayed for a long weekend and really appreciated the one minute walk to the Town Lift. It's also convenient being right at the bottom of Main Street, which means you get the convenience of walking to town without the noise. One day we took the free shuttle to the mountain and the bus stop is right outside the door. There is really no need for a car. The property is in great condition and the kitchen is well stocked. I would return!
